How the money works, plainly

  • Most repairs finish inside the call-out. A single-fault visit — diagnosis and fix — usually lands at $199, done.
  • We never run past 30 minutes silently. If a job needs longer, you’re told first, with the figure.
  • Parts are quoted before they’re ordered. Genuine Miele part, fitted on a $120 return visit (first 20 minutes, then $45 per 15), with 12 months’ warranty — the full figure in writing before anything happens.
  • An honest verdict is part of your call-out — never an extra charge. If the machine isn’t worth repairing, that’s the advice you’ll get — on the spot, before any repair starts.

What your call-out covers

Our fees cover the whole job, not just the time inside your home — getting to you, diagnosing and repairing the fault, and the paperwork and parts-sourcing that go with it. The $199 call-out includes the first 30 minutes on site; then $45 per 15 minutes.

TravelTo your door, anywhere in our area — no hidden distance fee.
DiagnosisFault read, machine opened, cause found — not guessed.
First fix attemptIf it can be repaired on the spot, it is.

Your call-out also covers the job’s paperwork — quote, report and warranty — and sourcing any parts, which sometimes happens after we’ve left. Most single-fault visits finish within the 30 minutes; if a part needs ordering, you’ll know the full figure before anything is fitted.
