That focus is the whole promise. When your technician arrives, the fault is usually recognised before the back panel is off — because it’s the same brand, every day, for two decades. Parts are genuine Miele, carried or ordered, and every one fitted is warranted for 12 months.

Your technician is also a qualified, licensed electrician — not just an appliance repairer. It matters most on the hardwired machines: an oven or cooktop is disconnected, repaired and reconnected to code by the one person, with no separate electrician to book. And because Miele builds machines that deserve honesty: if your appliance isn’t worth repairing, that’s exactly what you’ll be told — on the spot, before any repair starts. The honest verdict costs us a repair and earns us a customer.

If you replace it with a new Miele, Miele refunds the service fee when its conditions are met: the visit is by an authorised Miele service partner like us, the new Miele is bought brand new (not second-hand, B-stock or display stock) within 90 days of the visit, and the claim goes in within 90 days of buying it.
