Miele vacuum repairs — workshop drop-off
Vacuums are the one line we don’t repair in your home — and that’s a feature, not a shortcut. On the bench at our Rose Bay workshop, with every part to hand, a vacuum gets diagnosed and repaired properly instead of provisionally. No call-out fee, no waiting in — and it’s honestly quicker.
Drop-off is at Rose Bay, but vacuums are accepted from anywhere — post it, courier it, or drop it on your way past. Stick vacuums, Triflex, cylinder and robot models all welcome. The bench assessment is a standard $120, and you’ll get a call with the verdict and the full repair figure before any work starts.

Asked often, answered straight.
How does vacuum drop-off work?
Call or book online, then drop the vacuum at our Rose Bay workshop — or post or courier it from anywhere. It goes on the bench for a standard $120 assessment, you get a call with the diagnosis and the exact repair figure, and nothing happens until you say yes.
Why don’t you repair vacuums in the home?
Because bench repairs are better repairs. With every part and tool to hand, the vacuum is fixed properly instead of provisionally — and you don’t pay a call-out for it.
Do you repair Triflex stick vacuums and batteries?
Yes — Triflex, cylinder, and robot models, including motors and batteries, with genuine Miele parts.
