Livelee Electrical Pty Ltd – Terms & Conditions

At Livelee Electrical Pty Ltd, we perform repairs with due care and skill, following Australian industry best practices to diagnose and address faults.

Your Miele booking

 

You will be given a 4 hour window for the Technician to arrive he will advise via call or SMS once he's on his way. 

If it is deemed to be warranty there is no charge, if it is not a manufacturer fault or Defect, all initial callouts will incur a cost of $199.00. Subsequent visits are a minimum of $88 and additional time is charged per 15 minutes at $38.50 including GST. Someone over the age of 18 that can make decisions and pay for the service will need to be home. 

Cancellation on the day may incur a $65.00 fee. 

 

Parts & Warranty

We supply only genuine Miele parts, which carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty provided by Miele.

 

Our 30-day labour warranty covers the recurrence of the exact same fault we repaired. It does not cover faults with the same error code or name if caused by a different issue.

 

Warranty on all parts is as per the manufacturer’s warranty; warranty on labour is 1 month from the date of repair.

 

Warranty is valid at the location of delivery or repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all repair services and parts we supply.

 

Repair Outcome

Some faults may be complex, intermittent, or beyond economical repair.

 

Acceptance of a quote (or proceeding with work as invoiced) confirms that the quoted amount is payable for the repair attempt and associated investigative work, regardless of the final repair outcome.

 

This quote is not a guarantee that the machine will be fully repaired, but all work will be carried out to Australian best practice standards.

 

If further faults are discovered during repairs, a revised quote for additional work will be provided before proceeding.

 

If a machine is determined to be beyond economical repair, we will assist in facilitating discussions between Miele and the customer where applicable.

 

Pest-Related Damage

We cannot be held liable for any damage or issues arising from pre-existing or new cockroach infestations or other pest-related causes.

 

We will make every effort to diagnose and repair identifiable issues, but we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of cockroaches or prevention of further pest-related damage.

 

By accepting the quote, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks and consequences associated with pest-related damage.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is to be made prior to, or on the day of, the technician’s attendance.

If payment is not made, a reminder will be sent after 2 days. After this, your invoice and account will be subject to the Dunning process.

 

Any outstanding invoices over 7 days may be referred to credit collection agencies, and potential credit blacklisting may occur. Please discuss with your local credit agency if this occurs.

 

Ownership of Goods

Title to all goods supplied remains with Livelee Electrical Pty Ltd until payment is received in full
